My two dogs are constantly fighting with each other. Should I put muzzles on them both?

Muzzles are not to be used as a way of curing aggression problems. Muzzles are often misused and can eventually lead to causing more damage. In this scenario, your solution seems like crates and serious obedience training is needed.

Out of all the types of muzzles, why get a wire muzzle?

Is it ok to put a dog in a muzzle for many hours or days?

Dogs should never be muzzled for more than a few hours at atime. It is considered cruel becausemuzzles can be painful. If you have tohave a dog muzzled for longer than desirable, you should use a basket muzzlebecause they tend to be the most comfortable. If you feel like you need to keep a dog muzzled for days at a time, I wouldconsider taking him to training to work on the issues or to a shelter instead.
