Question about GPS
You have two options,
if you have set a security location, please go there with the gps
What is a Security Location?
You can set any location, such as your home or office, for your security location. If you are at your security location, you do not need to enter a pin.
(the secure location must have satellite coverage)
if you haven't set a security location, and you have tried all possible pins that you could have used (4digit)
Then you have to send your gps to garmin to get it unlocked, you will most likely also have to proof your identity and provide proof or purchase / ownership of the gps incase its stolen.
There is no way to unlock this over the internet, and we can't verify if you are the real owner of the unit. You must send your unit to garmin to get it unlocked please call or email them or your dealer before sending the unit.
