On off button does not alway work when cycle complete

You might want to check your owner's manual, Gail. The dishwasher may be completing a "cool down" cycle.

If that's not what's happening, then I suspect the control electronics rather than the button itself.

Complete drive cycle procedure code p1000

It depends on the make and model to some degree, but generally speaking the cycle includes a wide range of conditions.
About 100 miles of highway and city driving, all at normal operating temp. It can be done in one trip, or over several days.
You can search the internet for details for your make and model.

GE Washing Machine won't drain or complete cycle model # WBCH6240F0GG

The power line might flick. That's why not complete cycle.
Before do any repair, samply plug a alarm clock to the outlet that
the washer plug to. Leave there for a while about 1 day. If it blink that mean there a flicker on that line or may be some other line as well.

If power line is flickering. Fix the line (Do not fix the Washer!)

Model # jwx23 mr coffee cleaning instructions

I couldn't find any model JWX23. So, since your question (as much as it is) is categorized under model JWX27, I'm going to presume you need the cleaning instructions for model JWX27.

With the coffeemaker off (with no lights on or with the red light blinking), pour four cups of pure white vinegar (no water added) into the reservoir. Don't short the amount. You'll need four cups to complete the cycle. Remove any filters, but leave the strainer basket in place. Tap the "select" button three times until the red light is on (and stays on, not blinking). The cleaning cycle now begins. It should take between 45 minutes and an hour to complete. Don't be concerned about the 30-minute long pause during the cycle when nothing happens. This is intentional and part of the cycle.

After the cleaning cycle has completed, get rid of the vinegar. Rinse out the strainer basket and the coffee pot. Run a full pot of clean water thru a regular brew cycle (with the pot and basket in place, of course). Then, dump the water, rinse the pot and basket again, and run another full pot of clean water thru a regular brew cycle. Dump that water too. And, you're done!

Bosch dishwasher fills with water after cycle is completed

Sounds like you need a new water inlet valve. It's not shutting off completely, so water slowly enters the machine even while it isn't running.
