best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).

You probably have a network card called a IB-30 installed. You will need to reset this card by changing the jumper from is original position to the next one. This will restore the original factory settings, there are only one jumper on the card. If you still have the CD your IB-30 came with it will explain to you under troubleshooting how to restore the factory defaults.

The master user name is 1118 and password 1118 also. this should give you access to the menus and allow you to do whatever changes you feel like.

How to set ip address for kyocera 1320d

Print a Status Page by pressing the green button for about 5 secs. Check the IP Address on the Status Page. If the IP Address is similar to your local network, you type that IP Address in an internet browser to open the Command Center (web interface).
If it is not similar, then you can change PC's IP to be similar to printer and via the command center, you change the printer's IP to a desired IP (similar to your local network) and restore then the IP of the PC to the one before.

Set up a Kyocera copier

you have to make sure the mfp is set up on the local area network, then set up the smtp information in the command center. See THIS LINK for instructions or consult kyocera support site or your install disk for users manuals. it is very similar to setting up outlook.
