SOURCE: how do I fit the foot pedal back on on a SEBO

This is much easier to do than to describe! Your question suggests that you plan to re-fit the same pedal that has come off, so first you need to be sure that nothing actually broke when it came off. You should be able to clip the plastic part back on to the metal part - it should stay there and not fall off (if it falls off, you need a new one). The trick is to get the flat metal part correctly located in the plastic part, so with the plastic part not clipped on, pull the metal part down and rest it in the plastic part, then push the plastic part in to position. The flat metal part should then be trapped behind two projections on the plastic part, so that there is some movement, but not much. These projections may possibly have worn away, allowing the pedal to come away in the first place, in which case you will need a new piece.
I hope this helps. If so, please remember to rate this response as I value feedback. If you need more help, just post a reply here and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Good luck!

SOURCE: I have many SEBO automatic X4 vacuums with broken

I guess that depends where you live... plenty of spares sources online (google sebo vacuum spares)... otherwise google sebo dealerships in your country/locality.

Foot controlled handle release lever is broken. Where to get parts?

I had same problem - the foot release pedal would not spring into place when unit was upright (but would work if you nudged in place with your foot). I installed a replacement part, and it didn't fix the problem. I cut out a small sqare of sponge and jammed it behind the flat end of the bent plastic spring on the release pedal, and it now springs back as it shoud. Hope this helps.

My upright sebox4 will not stand . It keeps on dropping down.

This is usually a matter of lubrication (or lack thereof). If you look under the base of the machine, you will see that the "clip" as you call it is part of the metal axle on which the wheels are mounted. This axle is held in place by 3 metal tabs, each held by a single screw. About mid-way along, there's a spring coiled around the axle. That spring is what holds the "clip" (the bent part of the axle) against the tube that connects to the base of the bag compartment and holds it upright.
It's possible that your spring is broken, but often the problem is that the axle is sticking and the spring can't do its job properly. Try a small drop of oil under each of the 3 metal tabs. If that doesn't work, remove the 3 tabs completely, remove the axle (noting how the spring locates, so you can put it back correctly) and give everything a good clean. Then reassemble and try again.
Good luck!

The Clog light is on my Sebo Essential G1 vacuum

If you are sure the base is clear, and that the flexible hose and attachment tube are clear, the only other common place for a blockage is the swivel neck that joins the base to the bottom of the dust bag housing.  Here's what to do:
Press the housing release button (front bottom of bag housing) and lift off the bag housing from the base. This can be quite hard (three or four hands would be helpful) but be sure to lift straight. When you've got the bag housing off, release the foot pedal and lower the swivel neck to 45 degrees.  Check inside the swivel neck channel closest to the foot pedal, and clean it out as necessary.

If this doesn't work, please post again and I'll see what else I can do...  If it does help, please rate me!
