Question about Cell Phones
Typed in the correct password 9998 but responds incorrect password
If I were to compare who may be wrong between you and the phone I would say "you" as you are most likely to forget the pass than the phone can. Type the right one.

1- Delete the email account from your phone and re-enter it.
2- Passwords are normally case-sensitive, make sure you are using the correct characters.
3- Log into your email account from a computer and confirm your password is correct and works.
Change your password at your computer, log in and make sure the new password works, then start with step 1 above.

You can perform a master reset on your handset, but in doing this you will lose all of the content that you have stored in the device. Select menu, settings, security, and then you should see eihter reset, or master reset. You will need to put the handset's lock code in and then you can select master reset. When you do this it will reset your handset's lock code to the factory default code.

I'm sorry, but I think you will need to contact T-Mobile for support. Call them from another phone at 1-800-T-Mobile.
If you don't care much about the info on the phone, then do a hard reset to factory defaults.
CAUTION - DOING A HARD RESET, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING ON YOUR PHONE. REMOVE THE MEMORY CARD BEFORE DOING A HARD RESET.
