Is the PCI Express Slot a 2.0 x16? that could be the issue not positive those cards will work without that specific slot Also check on the graphics card for a 6Pin plug usually they wont work well with out it hooked up to the power supply the plug should say PCI-Epress 1 or 2 good luck!

SOURCE: cannot find graphic card
Just check the Power Supply has the minimum wattage supply required for the Graphics card (The power supply should have more than the minimum after all your whole cpu unit is runnin on that).Try n change to see if that works.
Try connecting a different or switching the chords/power port from the power supply to the graphics card...u can try wiggling the cables also.
If you have an onboard graphics card, try disabling that from the BIOS.It would be Video/AGP/PCI something like that.
Also check if the slot that is used for the Graphics card is not burnt or damaged. If the problem still persists you have to contact the customer care of the Graphics card or the motherboard.Just to be sure where the problem is you can try using another graphics card on your pc or you can check your graphics card on some other pc,by this you'll come to know where the problem is. Hope it helped.

To solve this problem, uninstall the old driver, the ATI Radeon, it will not cause a problem when you uninstall it. After the uninstall, restart the computer and then install the support cd for the NVIDIA Geforce 9500 GT.

Suggest you test your geforce 9500 GT in another system or try another PCI-Express video card. Try cleaning the contacts of your 9500 GT with alcohol, allow it to dry. Do not touch the contacts with your fingers after cleaning. If your onboard graphics functions correctly than it may be the 9500 that has a problem.
