How to fix that problem please help
If the computer indicates that a critical file is missing you can always go into another computer that has the same operating system and make a copy of that file on a usb stick and then insert that file into the correct place. It is also possible that the cd rom you used to install windows did not properly read part of the install disk. You can try again or use an external cd rom to do the install. The likelihood of 2 different units both missing the same file is very remote, unless the disk is damaged and file cannot be properly read.

This is because of either the system has shutdown while it was processing a windows file. sometimes repairing the OS or running a CHKDSK /R in the recovery console will fix this problem. if that doesnt help i recommend you change your HDD

obtain the driver from cd/dvd that was included as you purchased your desktop and try to check if the driver supports with the operating system you are using now. for example the driver available in your cd/dvd is only for windows xp and your operating system you are using now is windows vista of course driver not installed. try to download from internet the driver that are suite to your unit model and current operating system this can fixed your problem or else downgrade your os tha can support the driver that are available from your cd/dvd.
Place the Windows XP Professional installation CD into your computer's disc drive and restart your computer.
Step 2
Press any key on your keyboard when you see the message "Press any key to boot from CD..." appear on the screen.
Step 3
Press the "Enter" key and then press the "F8" key.
Step 4
Select your Windows XP installation and then press the "R" key. The repair installation process begins, and takes about 30 to 45 minutes to finish. Once the process has finished, you can use the computer again.
