Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

A universal remote would cure this problem. It's generally since they are on the same system or IR codes are similar. There isnt much you can do to fix that problem unless you have a seperate universal remote to opperate seperately.

This is a vertical-deflection problem. Try to adjust the vertical (height and linearity and hold) controls, which should be screwdriver potentiometer controls on the back of the set.

If this does not work, a defective component in the vertical-deflection circuit will need to be repaired.

I hope this helped you. :)

I need the programming codes for TEAC Dolby HX Pro. I have a Sony Remote Commander which can access up to 8 components, but I don't have the instruction book containg the codes. I don't really need the...

First to clarify: are you programming the Sony Remote Commander to operate the TEAC? The AIR-RM10 (S-AIR Remote Commander) only operates Altus S-AIR transmitters and receivers. The code needs to be physically set in the battery compartment to have the units working on the same frequency. Then you pair or couple the devices (so there is no remote code involved). Other Sony device remotes only operate Sony brand products. Would you please clarify which remote you have? I'll be glad to check if your devices can be paired with more information.

Manuals (and codes where applicable) are available for most Sony products here: http://esupport.sony.com/US/perl/select-system.pl?DIRECTOR=DOCS&PRODTYPE=32 . You will need the model number of the Remote Commander to find your manual.

Note: the codes programmed into most remotes are limited to those for devices released at least 6 months before the remote was programmed. If your remote is older than the TEAC Dolby HX Pro, you may need a newer remote (or a different remote).

Please write back and I'll give you as much help as I can.
