How do I get the mouse to mouse the mouse cursor

the battery in the mouse makes the red light come on, not the operating system.
Look in Device manager, find the mouse, uninstall the drivers, scan for new devices, re-install the drivers.
Otherwise look for new drivers on manufacturers site.

How do i connect my hp wireless mouse to the computer

The first step is to install its driver, after taht you can connect the wireless dongle into a free USB port of your computer, then put the batteries inside the mouse and turn it on, in the most of cases, the wireless dongle and mouse sinchronize automatically, if they don't, there's a small botton in both devices press it in each one to synchronize them manually.

Mouse in laptop is net move

if the system isn't frozen, there might be something wrong with the connection, mouse driver, the mouse or your mainboard. So you can check them one by one. If you are using USB mouse and it works on another computer, try another USB port on this computer or open control panel and device manager and update the driver of the mouse or the USB device for your mouse (right click on it and choose update driver then choose the driver from windows system32 drivers folder for usb(something named as usbstor.sys or something) or the one on the CD come with the mouse) or you can try USB/PS2 converter if there is a PS2 mouse port on your laptop and also you can try wireless mouses for options if you do have one.

Ps 2 mouse no driver install

Windows has inbuilt driver for all the mouse. YOu dont need to install the driver separately for your PS2 or USB mouse.
The reason why yours is not moving can be
1) Mouse cap/IC gone bad & needed to be changed a new mouse
2) OS faulty (very rare 1 out of 100)
