lok at the 8 pin plug the first pin from the left is the power wire and the round metal part of the plug is the ground
the last pin on the right is the ignition

Sorry but no. With the units power lead fused, you can hold the red wire to the + terminal of the battery and the black lead to the chassis of the car and power up and eject. good luck

The Alpine CHA- and CHM- changers all use the same magazine. You can search eBay or google shopping for "Alpine CHM Magazine" and you should see a variety of sellers, with prices from 25ish for used ones up to 40ish for new ones.

what radio do i need to use a Alpine CHM - S630 i have already but it in my car but only realized it doesn't have the right conection on the back really need hlp with this
