Bluetooth to iPad or phone
You can't use bluetooth to pair other camera's or any other equipment with the iPad, unless it is approved with Apple. To view pictures from my DSLR, I use a Transcend WiFi card (Eye-fi and other brands have them to on WiFi) with a special app. But still this is on WiFi. The card works as a hotspot. For bluetooth you need special equipment. The manufacturer has to build in special protocols which he gets from Apple.
