Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I have a ZTE N861. When I try to adjust the volume, it brings up the boost decal and goes to stand by mode.

In this case reset your phone. press Menu Key > Settings > Privacy > Factory data reset > Reset phone(Don't check Erase SD Card)> Erase everything. The phone will reboot automatically.
Note: All personal information and downloaded applications in the phone will be erased after resetting the phone.

Changes NAM Settings?

Here's some ideas for unlock codes, most phones use the last 4 or possibly 7 digits of the phone number, 4 or 5 - 0's or 12345.
Basically your NAM settings contain the phone number info for a carrier, and you can put two different numbers in the same phone using NAM1 and NAM2, what you have done is switch it to an empty NAM so it is asking for the rest of the programming info to set it up.If you can switch it back to NAM1 it should work again. Most phones have an option in the menu for phone settings that allows NAM switching without needing a code.

I have a sch U740 samsung phone nam 1 code

The lock code should be the last 4 digits of your phone number or 0000.

If that doesn't work, perform an activation by dialing *228 send. Then select option 1. After this is complete your phone's lock code should be reset to the last 4 digits of your phone number.
