Your lens will need to be disassembled, and most likely replaced.  If the lens housing inside is not broken, it can possibly be repaired.  Otherwise, the lens assembly will need to be replaced.

Lens stuck out

The lens has probably got something in the retraction mechanism that is stopping it retracting. This can be something as simple as sand or grit or as a result of a drop or knock. In most cases the camera will need to be stripped apart to remove the lens assy before it can be repaired. This is best left to a professional camera repair shop.

Lens comes out and goes back in when turned on

I believe that it is supposed to. Then when powered on, using the zoom function and wide function will make the focal lens go in and out. Then when you power it down it will retract back into the camera housing. I may be wrong but I believe it is standard. Both of my Canon cameras operate this way. I hope this helps.

My Lens wont retract on my exilm zoom ex-z60

If it is under warranty Casio can fix it for free. other wise you end up paying the labor/parts. Can become very costly. I suggest open the case and replace the plastic housing that hosts the saw wheels. Should fix the problem

Zoom lens and on/off

That is what Casio calls a "lens error" and can only be fixed by sending into repairs or taking to an authorized service center.

Camera doesn't turn on.

Does the camera was dropped done ? It sound like a zooming mechanism's issue (lens would not retract or extended) Try to press the power button on and hold it down while extending and twisting the telescopic zoom lens. It might fix your problem. In any case it could not make it worse Good luck!

You have to send it in to repairs. You're lucky that the lens even still comes out.
