I'm using MacOX10.9.3 and now I don't get any preview on my Canon 5600F scanner. Downloaded 5600F Scanner Driver Ver. 14.11.4a but no go. Any sollution?

Downloading a driver does not change anything.
To be sure, uninstall the complete scan program and restart the computer. After that, reinstall the new canon software. Perhaps you even first install 10.9.4 on your mac.
Succes

Letter size documents not fully copied along edge

I have many years experience repairing Canon scanners so here is my suggestion for you.

In answer to your question, I would think its a setting in your software. Make sure your software is set to 8 1/2 x 11. Or a work around is do a prescan the dotted line you will see come up around your document drag the dotted lines to the edges of the document then scan you should now get a full image of your document. This is called cropping and it will work to upsize or downsize a picture or document.

I hope this helps you out.

How do you scan 120 negs?

The MP600 cannot scan film or slides. Film/slide scanners need a light source to shine through the film to the scanner sensor. You can use a flat bed scanner with a light source such as the CanoScan 5600F, or a multifunction unit equipped with a backlight source such as the Canon PIXMA MP810, MP970 or MP980.
