Bootlegs are not coded for Region(s).

Your device will only play DVD's for the Region it was built for.

Either copy the DVD and remove the Region code, or use DVD's for the specific Region the device was built for.

Best of Luck.

I have a 2001 Honda Crv, the cd player keeps ejecting CDs before it has the chance to load them. The radio works fine, and I gave tried burnt and original disc CDs. Can anyone suggest a solution?

Are these CDs that you burned yourself? Older CD players won't recognize the audio file format of this kind of recording, only the established file format that typical retail CDs have used for years. In recent years, CD players have been developed to recognize more file types than just the old format; but with an older player like you have in your car, it wouldn't recognize what you were trying to play, as if you put a DVD in. It balks, and spits it out. You can burn CDs with the correct file format, you just need the appropriate software or file translator.

How do I unlock the radio in a peugeot 206 after I put the incorect radio code in

Leave it SWITCHED ON....UNDISTURBED for as long as it takes to automatically reset itself.

The waiting time depends on how many wrong codes have been entered....but is normally only an hour or two

I need to change the region code of Alpine CHM-S630 + BRLA3 from region5 to region2, or 1

You don't need a region code for play audio or mp3 CD's. The region code comes into play because there are diff. & for displaying images.
For a CD player, its universal anywhere around the globe unless you have a radio FM/AM radio installed too. Even then local stations can be picked up according to their broadcast frequency.
Thus only a DVD Player gas region codes since options include a decoding algorithm so that it can be used, like PAL/SECAM, etc....sodeep

Cd player malfunction

These units will not recognize certain media formats, notably, if you are burning your CD's with files in AAC, WMA, or MP3 format. I would highly recommend replacing the factory head unit with one that is aftermarket. You can do so with units that start around $100. The bonus is that you can get something that is iPod or MP3 player ready and never have to look at a CD again!

I checked the service manual for any type of un-lock code for this unit and could not find any. You may want to try a diiferent route to be able to watch any region DVD's on your DVD player.

You can get a software that will let you copy any DVD from any region and with any type of copy protection and it will make the copy into a high quality region free DVD. You need a DVD burner on your computer and some disc copy software. Any copy software will work with this software that works in the background of your computer on the DVD drive. It strips away region codes and copy protection and then your copy software will copy DVD's that it would normally tell you it can't because of copy protection. They also sell copy software that works great also, but it is not vital to have that.

You can get a free trial of the software for 21 days here:

The software I am referring to is the first one on the page. The copy software is the one right below the HD version. I have been using this software for years and it is by far the best you can get for these type of problems. Then you never need to worry about what type of DVD player you are using in your car or your home. You will have region free DVD's from any region you get them from.

Let me know if I can be of any more help.
