Question about Home
My new kitchen sink and plumbing: water drains out very slowly from the sink and then gurgles as the last drops go down the drain. is this an air in the pipe problem?
Since this is new plumbing the old plumbing could have had enough air gaps in it too let the air in behind the water. Since you have installed new plumbing and possibly sealed the old gaps you may need a new air admittance valve to allow the water to suck the air from the valve instead of the trap.
This site has some studor vents fairly cheap:

IT IS FROM LACK OF AIR, THEY MIGHT HAVE CUT THE VENT LOOSE AND NOW IT HAS A LOCK IN THE SYSTEM, THEY CAN INSTALL A STUDOR VENT UNDER THE KIT. SINK
