Try by replacing its main system memory IC. It is a very small IC, have 8 solder terminals, and can be located very near to TDA9370. Be sure to replace it with the same number printed on it, otherwise wont go. It is a very cheap one to buy. If it do not help you, replace the TDA9370. Failure rate to this jungle IC is rare. It sounds that the kit is a Chinese one. Check the voltage to all terminals of vertical output IC. Check and replace it. This is a common problem to these kits.
