I have screen which says no command. recovery system v4.4.2

If you have the capiblility, carefully unsnap the back cover and disconnect the battery plug. Carefully reinsert the plug and replace the back cover. The tablet will now be off.

Try to reset the tablet by pressing and holding the power and volume (+) button until the tablet fully resets itself. After the reset, hopefully you will be able to use your tablet again.

If you are not comfortable removing the tablet back cover, contact a local phone and electronics repair service for assistance.

How do you put a microsdhc card in a noble tablet

You can add a properly formatted microSD card inside the rear of the device:
  • Power off your Nook, unplug from power, and disconnect it from any USB connection.
  • Place it face down on a kitchen towel (so it won't get scratched).
  • Find the tab near the center of the bottom of the back cover.
  • Lift the tab (gently)and open the back. Note that the cover is snapped-in at the bottom, the middle and the top. Unsnap the cover carefully.
  • Identify and open the microSD slot cover with a fingernail, not a screwdriver!
  • Drop the microSD card into place, while lining up the contacts.
  • Close and then lock the card holder.
  • Replace the back cover onto the Nook
  • Snap the sides into place, and close the tab.
  • Power up and enjoy
NOTE: the card needs to be formatted using FAT32 or FAT16 not NTFS!

My nexus 10 tablet turns on but screen won't display anything, even though you hear it working and active when you touch the screen it just doesn't visually display anything?

Definitely, it has a problem with the LCD. Well, if that was already opened by the service center maybe, the reassembly of the device is not proper (maybe you were right, you got screwed by negligent service repair guy). But let me ask you, does that repair center an authorize repair center of Samsung devices in your place? Try to go to an authorize repair center, so you won't worry much about your tablet. That's my only advice 'coz I think it will be the best for your tablet and for you, too. 'Coz, if I will advice you to pry your tablet and go into technical stuff you might probably lost and your problem will get worst. But if you have the guts to do it, just use a precision tools and check if the LCD connections is properly connected by those repairmen you have deal with. And it is much better if you have a tablet lcd tester. But I'm pretty sure you wont try to exert an effort to buy a tester since you wont use it much. So, as I've said try to go to a certified Samsung service center.

Tiny scratches on screen

I have had luck with applying several layers of a good automotive wax (do NOT use any other automotive scratch removers, these will damage a touch screen). If this doesn't work for you, a screen protector you apply over the screen (usually with a tiny amount of water for proper application) will not only protect from further scratches, but may hide existing ones to some extent. Either way, it may not cover all the scratches and a screen replacement may be needed if its still not looking like you want it to.

Clean dust from tablet pc screen

I have an R10 tablet.
I once asked a Toshiba certified technician if I could remove the screen cover and I was told that I am not supposed to do that.

Maybe you shoul take the unit to a Toshiba repair center in your town, or country.

Hope it helps.
