Why don't you ask Boost, then? Those settings are not device-dependent. As soon as you have them, input them via settings->connections. All you should need it
a) the APN of the connection (a name)
b) whether they require the use of a proxy
b1) if yes, the IP address and the port of it
c) whether they require authentication (that's usually not the case)
c1) if yes, your username and password

That should be all.

You probably need to set up the Virgin connection details. Have a look on the Virgin website and you may find the information can be sent to your phone via SMS. Or you could take the sim out, switch the phone on and then back off, re-insert the sim and see if you get the connection wizard up. If you have no data on the phone, you could do a hard reset (in settings -> system -> Clear Storage). This wipes the device and puts it back to default settings. You can then run the wizards to get the phone set up.

to change bus to 133 MHz, you need to unlock the speed by setting a corresponding jumper on the board to assign busspeed by bios. After doing so, you need to clear CMOS and reboot. Next you'll have to set speed and multiplier in bios. Ideally: 900MHz = 100 x 9. Alternatively: 133 x 6.5 If that doesn't help...check if your RAM-modules are any good anymore. When RAM is not functioning, CPU-error code may be presented, since CPU cannot read/write to RAM, therefore not function. Let me know how this turns out.
