Question about Proscan 32LB30QD 32 in. LCD TV
Almost sounds as if it is under water...sometimes turning on and off fixes it, but is normally impossible to understand what people on the TV are saying
What is your input source? Antenna, Cable Box, or DVD?
Try other sources to see if they all do that. Usually a bad connection or cable is usually the problem but you'll need to eliminate the obvious first.
