My cd player will only give the options for the radio and the aux.. The cd option is no longer an option on my cd player. What can i do to fix it to where i can play cds again?

try disconnecting power to the radio for a while. Sometimes an IC will lock up and needs to be reset. the best way to do this is either uplug the wire harness from the back of the radio or disconnect the battery.

Car batter died, CD player no longer plays.

you either need to find the first cd that was played in it, or call eclipse to see if they can help you. if the radio was stolen, chances are they will not help you.

Put in new car battery, now can't get aux to work

Hi there
hold down the source button to turn off the unit (unit must be off)
now hold down the function button till it beeps once it has done this press the function button i think 3 or 4 times and you will get a message on your deck unit saying (aux - on,off) turn on and press the source button to turn the unit back on to the CD or radio now press source button2 or 3 times till Aux shows up (press means push it let it go) (hold means don't take your finger off button)
hope this solves your problem

My car died now the AUX1 doesnt show on my radio

there is a reset switch which needs to be pressed once mains are disconnected (as your car died down).do press it once.
The AUX control to which the ipod is connected is to be switched ON .It is not automatically ON.
once you put the AUX "on" you can hear your ipod.

My Aux-in wont work

did you turned aux function?

turn off your player by pressing and holding volume controler.
press and hold longer (~5 sec) it again to turn it on (you should see 'tuner' in the lcd).
push up arrow to select aux and right/left to turn it on.

now you can connect your ipod and select aux (as ussual switching between tuner/cd player/aux)

cheers :)

Prius has a dead utility battery

Unfortunatly, the Aux Battery on Prius is susecptible to premature replacements. All the Aux battery does is "power-up" the various ECU's which in turn allows the HV battery to start the car. The AUX battery does NOT operate the starter.
