i can blow viniger water through the flow sensor, but something is keeping it from going through the pump, i cant even blow it through with force. could this be a solenoid issue?

  • piccan6 Nov 28, 2013

solenoid isnt letting water through,,i touched the boiler and its hot, and i noticed a sensor held in place by a spring clamp, and the wire goes to the solenoid, could thid be preventing from water entering the boiler.

valve seems to be 230 volts as well, power to the valve is ok,,,but one thing i'm not sure is an issue or not,,i only have 198 volts.

    Is it new?

  • piccan6 Nov 28, 2013

VOLTAGE IS OK, I INTERCHANGED THE CONTROL WIRE FROM ONe solenoid to the othere one, and the other relay did the washing, but its still dosnt believe it rinsed the machine. which is understandable, seeing the water went intpo the wrong tubes, but now i know its not a power issue. its the solenoid, or something on the pump, because the pump is runnong, no water going through,,,,help

No its not new, its the Franke saphira model. A commercial machine. I took the wires of the coil on the pump, and moved them to the other one and made it rinse, and it worked. It started washing, butwater went into the wrong hos, seeing i changed the wires. Now i have removed the pump and have hooked up some wires ti it and can play with it, but nevertheless, i cant even blow through it with the pump runnung

There might be something stuck, or something blocking the way. And maybe you could ask someone to take it apart to see if anything is wrong. Best of luck, Daniela

SOURCE: system fill message

I had a new Flair. The technician directed me to use a full bottle of the descale fluid and cycle the rinse button several times then to let it rest for 15 minutes or so. This was repeated for several iterations....It worked and I'm having no problems.

I get the message "Rinse unit" I do so and the machine rinses in a normal way. Instead of "Select product" the "Rinse unit" appears again. I can not continue from here. Any ideas?

you might escape this fix without using specially tools or screwdrivers. you are receiving this message because the rinse head sensor isn't working properly.
during the machine movement the rinse head down sensor was not triggered.
1. check the gap between the top of the rinse nozzle & the bottom of the pipette. measurements should be around 1.5 to 2mm
2. you might have to invite the newelectronx 102 to the party and check the sensor. if necessary open the machine with the correct screwdrivers and adjust the sensor. this should get you through the rinse cycle.

Gets stock in rinse cycle

Rinse cycles are usually with cold water. If it cant fill with cold water, it wont go through the rinse cycle. Make sure it fills with cold on a normal wash. You may find its filling with hot only. Alternatively, the machine may not be pumping out properly, this will cause a similar fault. Check to see the machine is draining at the end of the wash. check the pump and the filters for blockages or lint etc clogging the hoses or pump.

Ho do I descale the machine

you need to shut down the machine on the frontpanel first. then you must push the descale-button (the one with the little triangles on it). the machine will give the instructions on the display. note that you have to use exactly 0,7 L of descaling product. the same for the rinsing water. if you use more, it will take a very long time ;-)

Hi there, it sounds like your drain pump is not working. Tip the washing machine back and look underneath. The drain pump has a little black fan on it. Disconnect the hose to see if there's anything stuck in the drain, like coins, hair clips etc. Clear out the pump and remember to reconnect the hose securely before trying out the washing machine.
Please remember to rate this solution, thanks.

After I vacuum the pool, backwash it and then turn the filter system back on it blows in a lot of green water back into the pool. What should I do?

1st Green water is algee. Kill the algee in the pool. 2nd when you're finished backwashing the filter. Stop pump and move valve handle to rinse position. Then restart pump. Run in rinse mode until glass is clear. Then stop pump again, and move lever to filter position. When you're backwashing, you're reversing the flow of the water through the filter. When you switch directly back to filter, anything left loose in the filter flows back to the pool. When you select rinse, it reverses the flow back to normal, but keeps the water going to the waste outlet until clear, that way that green puff of water will go out the drain. The machine has two pumps - one for each boiler. Did the Franke man check both pumps were working. If the main boiler pump has failed, the machine will know that the rinse hasn't occurred and won't go any further.
