Check to make sure that it has voltage if not see if the switch needs replacing, if it does then replace the shaded pole motor (from any appliance parts supply) with any after market one that turns the same direction and has the same shaft length, speed. If the fan blade doesn't fit they can supply one for the new motor that is a similar diameter

GE Profile XL1800 light out and fan starts running when door is closed

It is not the fault with the fan but the trigger to the fan is shorted. It can be the DOOR SWITCH or the Transistor switch from the board. A fault or error on the processor cannot be ruled out. Clean the main board and reset.

Double door fridge freezer not cooling down heating the panel between the doors

Hi and welcome to FixYa, I am Kelly
The symptom you describes it that of a condenser fan not running. Open the fiberboard panel in the back of the unit and check for substantial lint build up on the condenser coils and fan. Clean it thoroughly. If the compressor is running the condenser fan is supposed to be running. You can push gently the fan blades to see if it is trying to turn....

Once your done cleaning... if you can not get the fan going.. use an external fan directed at the rear bottom of the refrigerator until you can get a new fan. All the external fan is doing is removing the heat... that the fail fan can not.

The noted hot area between the doors should just be warm to the touch once the condenser coils are bing cooled properly.

Thanks for choosing FixYa,
Kelly

Exhaust fan

Is the light on?
Things that it could be.
Could be a door switch.
Or it could be a stuck fan relay
Or worst odf all it could be a bad Timmer Keypad board. Not worth fixing because they cost to much.

Microwave Fan Keeps running

Neither the owner's manual nor the quick start guide for this model addresses that specifically, but most commercial microwaves do work this way to ensure proper cooling.

The manual does state that when you open the door then close it, thelight and fan will stay on for an unspecified period of time.

If the word "HOT" appears in the display, the magnetron is overheatedand the fan will run until the temperature is brought down.

If the fan fan NEVER shuts off, then there may be a stuck relay or defective sensor.

Blower motor on above stove microwave not running

The dual fan in the back is the vent / exhaust / hood fa. It will run when you turn it on, or if the stove top gets too hot.

The other fan is the magnetron cooling fan, and it will only run when you are cooking. If it is not running, your magnetron can be destroyed.

You can download GE owner's manuals and installation instructions here. That may help you a lot.
