-   PHONE WILL NOT CHARGE. INSTEAD OF YELLOW LIGHT SIGNALLING CHARGING, THERE IS A STATIC RED LIGHT. I TRIED BOTH THE HOME AND CAR CHARGING BUT HAVE SAME RESULT. I THOUGHT IT WAS A BATTERY PROBLEM, I BOUGHT NEW BATTERIES, BUT THE RESULT ARE STILL SAME. PLEASE HELP.-   HOLAR
