Question about Philips GoGear SA6185/37 Digital Media Player
I had to reinstall my O/S (XP) and now my player is not being recognised by my PC when I plug it into the USB port so I cannot copy music etc onto it. Also when I try the device manager thing to repair it does not see it connected either, tried other USB things in the port and they are all seen so port is ok.
I updated my Norton antivirus and my computer stopped recognizing my player. After a couple of days of working on this, I found out the problem. The program, "Bonjour" had been removed from my computer. I downloaded it from Apple and now my player is syncing just fine.
Here's a link to the download. Hope this helps.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
