Try a reset on it.

You can reset your system by deleting the vehicle profile from your phone and disabling Bluetooth on your phone. Your vehicle's phone profile needs to be deleted. If you have such an option, disable Bluetooth on your vehicle. You can now pair your phone and the vehicle infotainment system by enabling Bluetooth.

Does it happen when no phone is paired? Does it happen when another phone is paired? It makes me think it might be a message notification.

If that doesnt work, due to rechargeable battery you cannot swap yourself. I would swap it with us if original point of purchase won't exchange. Please have proof of purchase available.

read the instructions that came with it. You have to pair bluetooth devices.

Sorry you are having an issue connecting your Roadster to your phone. It is best if you fully charge your roadster. Then turn off or delete the pairing the roadster shares with any other device. If no other device is connected when you turn on the roadster it should report that it is ready to pair. On your phone turn on Bluetooth and search for the roadster. When it is found select it on your phone to initiate the pairing process. If it asks for a code enter the code 0000 on your phone to confirm the pairing.

Update your drivers and then do a speed test. Most isp send updates to the subscribers when they update, yours may not. Don't forget to check all of your connections before wasting time calling your isp. I trust this test the most. Rember you don't always get what you pay for.

If all the lights go out I would assume you mean the power light as well. Couple of things I would look at:

Has your ISP replaced the modem including the power adapter?
Has your ISP verified there is no short on the incoming data cable? You could try to wiggle the incoming data cable to see if the lights go out. I would do the same on the power cable.

If it's not a mechanical fault (cables), verify that you have the correct and current drivers for your modem and operating system.
