I don't have access to the email or the phone I signed up with on my fb account. How do I recover my account?

Well depending on the state of prior access to the account. If you happen to have a Mac and you access your Facebook account via Safari, and had keychain access enabled then there is a good possibility that inside keychain access application your Facebook password will reside.

I created another account in Google. How do I access it. I am continuing to access only 1 account.

Sign out of Google and there will appear a "sign in to your account" page and a button below that says "add account". Then forward one email account to another and you only need to access one account.

How do i reset my instagram password if i forgot the email i used to set it up

Unfortunately you have lost access to your Instagram account.

Access to a valid email account is considered a key, fundamental, security measure, otherwise anyone could access any account!

If you've lost access to the email address used to sign up for Instagram, then you will have more luck in by getting in touch with your old email service provider to get access.

Once you have access again, you should be able to request a new password for your Instagram account.

Access your account on what/where? You obviously managed to access your account on FixYa.

Is there a "Can't access your account?" or similar link on the sign-in page of whatever you're trying to access?

How can I make sure I don’t lose access to my account?

In the event that you forget your password, you will need to request a password reset. This password reset email will only go to email addresses that you have confirmed on your account. As such, if you are unable to access the email addresses on your Facebook account, you will not be able to receive your password reset email and may lose access to your account completely. You can prevent this situation by taking the following measures:
  • Add a secondary email address to your Facebook account.
  • Add a security question to your Facebook account.
  • Make sure email addresses on your Facebook account are active (you are able to access them).
  • Maintain accurate information on your profile, such as name, date of birth, and email addresses. This helps us locate your account, should you lose access to it.

Access denied to documents and settings folder

The account that you are accessing; is it an Admin account, and now from the very account you are trying to access that account is a limited one, Is that so?

If that is the scenario, then there are ways through which you can get an admin access, but IF those files aren't there or are corrupted, then that is something else.

I'm waiting for your response...
Also get the properties of that account folder and tell me that folder size, to have an idea that is there something in it.

Regards, WAQAR.
