This is sort of general but it just may help.
Make sure your batteries are in correctly.
Make sure the transmitter dongle is in the USB.
Look on the transmitter and the mouse and keyboard
itself (bottom) for a little tiny button that says connect
or reconnect. Move the mouse about six inches away from
the transmitter and press both the transmitter and the mouse.
That should reestablish the signal twixt the two.(or three KB)

Mouse Problem

First, let's see if the computer is recognizing the mouse. Unplug the mouse, restart the computer, and then re-plug the mouse. Typically, the computer, in the bottom right side of the screen will attempt to re-establish connection to the mouse.

If it does not, then re-downloading the driver for the mouse (if a disc was not provided with it) will help the computer recognize the mouse and the connection.
Hope that helps.

How do I change the battery in a logitech wireless battery. I can't seem to figure out how to open it to even see what kind of battery is needed.

For changing the batteries of logitech wireless.I guess a video tutorial will help you out rather than written instructions. Watch it to lean how to replace battery of the logitech cordless mouse ( Logitech MX 1000 Model). If you are having a different model please specify the details of your model.

Difficulty getting my mouse to communicate

Normal 0 Turn the mouse over and find the small rest/connect buttonon the bottom of the mouse and press it. This should connect the mouse tothe receiver and work properly. If not, try pressing the receiver buttonand then press the button on the mouse. This should be done whenever youchange batteries or glitch. Hope this helps you. Bud
