Hold the volume buttons on the side while holding the call button for 10 seconds. It will reset the bluetooth and remove any other devices it may have been paired to. Then turn it off, back on and it will eventually stay lit blue and then you need to set it up through your phone. I hope this helps, I had the same problem and mine is working fine!

More likely to be the Class D power amp module, but you should look through the service manual to make sure all the parts are installed correctly. My PB10 AMP module went out and you cannot get one anymore.

Make sure the headset is off when you hold the call button for 5 sec. And don't stop holding it when you hear/see something happen after the first 2 sec. Keep holding it for the full 5 sec. The blue light will become solid which means it's in pairing mode.

I have had this problem as well. Just to recap the problem. When you push the talk button and it turns purple, then you flip the speaker boom the unit starts flashing blue and will not pair. If this is the case then you should try unclipping the ear piece on the unit. Then repeat the pairing feature on the unit only this time hold the unit open with additional force. Not so much that you break the speaker boom, but enough to help the unit make a connection when it is flipped open. The problem with these units is that sensor inside does not always make a good connection especially after time and use. This should resolve your problem.
