Question about Brother MFC 420CN All-In-One InkJet Printer
The brothers mfc 420cn is telling me that iI need to install the mac os 9.1 or later in order for the start up cd to work
Here is a link for the Mac OS 9 driver for the MFC-420cn:
If you need a newer version of Mac OS , you would have to purchase it. Mac OS does not update from 9.1 to 10.X
Mac 9.1 is about 10 years old.
In May 2002, at Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference in San Jose, California, Steve Jobs, accompanied by a coffin, held a mock funeral to announce that Apple had stopped development of Mac OS 9. Mac OS 9.2.2, introduced in December 2001, was the final version of Mac OS 9, and the end of the classic Mac OS.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it.
