Sony NW-E505 MP3 Format Error

How do you remove this from your MP3? I have formatted my MP3 player and still the problem is there.

be sure to format using the MENU mode on the unit and ADVANCE MENU then FORMAT

Press and hold the search/menu button for half a second in stop mode. The menu screen is displayed. Rotate the shuttle switch to select "Advanced Menu" > and press the play/stop button to confirm. Rotate the shuttle switch to select "Format" and press the play/stop button to confirm. Rotate the shuttle switch to select "OK" and press the play/stop button to confirm. "Formatting..." blinks and start formatting. When formatting is complete "complete" is displayed.
This is how i get rid of the problem "Format Error".
