Question about Tablets & eReaders
If your tablet screen is broken this is not covered by the manufacturer warranty (in other words it is not free to replace by the manufacturer) BUT they DO replace these tablets for a small fee. The fee varies depending on the tablet model number (located on the back of the tablet and resembles "TAB-###") and can vary from $40 to $60 with a copy of the receipt if still within the 1 year warranty.
They are selling tablet parts for older model tablets (730, 730G, and 1030) and you can contact them at email@example.com for pricing on that.
You may also buy a new tablet on their shop for a good deal or on Amazon/Ebay (sold by CONTEL USA INC) which have warranties included (unlike other amazon/ebay sellers).
If you continue to have trouble feel free to contact the manufacturer at firstname.lastname@example.org or going to http://www.contelusa.net
