I'm just assuming that is 220 volt 20 amp The wire that is run is likely a common romex 12-2 NMD-90 Strip the 2 wires put red tape on the white wire as it is no longer a neutral. Hook both wires into a double 20 amp breaker. Put the ground wire onto a ground screw.
