Very easy ( if you used active sync) Search your " my computer" for "*.psv" Note the location. Make a copy of it. Sync your phone. Then replace the synced psv file with the copy you just made! sync again. Voila.

If they were stored on a removable card, then a file-scavenger might be able to restore them.

Otherwise im afraid they're gone for good.

Depending on your phone and your provider check for an icon called DRIVE. That is for google one drive and it automatically backs up your phone.

HTC Hero reset to factory settings lost all contact etc

You might have lost all your information, but there is hope. The HTC Hero runs Google's operating system for mobile phones called Android. Now when you sign in on an android phone with your gmail account, it will automatically sync your contacts, calendar, and email in the cloud. All you have to do is open one of the Google applications like Gmail or Market place and enter your Gmail username and password. That should do the trick and all your information should be good as new.

The alarm on my Samsung Omnia Pro GT-B6520L keep turning on at midnight every day. Is this a bug, or is there another way to turn it off, since I've tried shutting off every reminder and alarm option?

Hi there! I had the same problem.
Well, after trying a lot, i did something that works. I'll try to explain what i did, but as i'm brazilian, the menus of my phone are in portuguese, so i don't know if i can translate correctly to english. First of all, i had to reset my phone. To do this go to "settings", "more", "security" , "more", "general reset". After reset and put things back (like pics, musics, emails, etc.) take care with "ActiveSync" because i think that the bug's cause is the calendar synchronising (mainly, if you have many informations). I think that the sucess depends on one thing: you can´t syncronise more than two weeks of your calendar. So, go to "ActiveSync", "menu", clic on "calendar" (choose it) and clic on "menu", so set it on two weeks. I think that your problem will be solved, like mine. I hope i could help you. Good luck! Gustavo

I HAVE A SAMSUNG CRICKET SLIDER SCH R 450 AND I CAN NOT GET IT OUT OF SILENT MODE ACTIVATED I TRIED ALL SETTINGS AND EVEN REMOVED BATTERY I AM FRUSTRATED THANKS PAT

Consult your users' manual that came with the phone. Look for information regarding a "Master Reset". Any information *not* stored on your SIM card or in other card memory WILL BE RESET and LOST. This includes any settings you may have made to include the mistaken setting of silent mode.

If asked for a master reset pass-code, common Cricket/Nokia codes read like luggage combinations...

Try "0000" or "1234".
If it asks for a 5 digit, put in 12345.
If it asks for a PUC, call Cricket 1-800 service hot-line from LANDLINE with the cell phone in hand and operating properly.

Make sure that your battery is fully charged before starting the master reset sequence! Good luck. :D

You performed a hard reset. Your contacts should download after awhile. They are stored on Danger Servers. If you don;t have you data back within 6 hours call t-mobile and have them push them to you!
