Very easy ( if you used active sync) Search your " my computer" for "*.psv" Note the location. Make a copy of it. Sync your phone. Then replace the synced psv file with the copy you just made! sync again. Voila.

If they were stored on a removable card, then a file-scavenger might be able to restore them. Otherwise im afraid they're gone for good.
