Could be your anti virus is blocking it

Did you try to reinstall the mail app, or your browser you did setup your mail account?

On the assumption that your bt/yahoo email is correct. Just ring BT support and explain your problem and they will assist. You shouldn't really put your login/passwords onto the internet in any shape or form

Call BT

BT has recently changed it's email provider to MS Office 365. You will have received an email telling you the new settings. I suggest you contact BT.

Ask BT to remind you

Try the BT website for support and guidance:
www.bt.com

Go to the BT email page that you usually log in. The direct link to the official site is:
https://signin1.bt.com/login/emailloginform

Click on Forgotten Password? and follow the instruction to reset your password.

BT had 2 different accounts---BT Yahoo Mail and BT Mail
They are being merged to just BT Mail. You Have more
Than likely been removed. Suggest you set up your own account
with Yahoo or Google and reconstruct your contact list.
That way when you change service providers keep your own E-Mail account. Don't use the service providers account.

1-Go to BT Yahoo mail login
2-type your Email ID & click the '' Forgotten Password ''
3- '' Reset your password '' will appear, then do want you want to do.
