SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

I DO NOT KNOW THE PASSWORD OR USERNAME FOR MY QWEST P5000Z MODEM . dONT KNOW WHERE TO START TO FIND IT OR CHANGE IT? PLEASE HELP! THANKS- AMY : )

what operating system ? and what type and brand of computer desktop laptop ?

Often many users will leave the administrator account alone or have other accounts with administrator rights. If you're not logging into the computer as administrator or have other accounts follow the below steps to reset your other accounts password.

Reboot the computer into Safe Mode.

When logging into Safe Mode you should be prompted with an option to what account you wish to use. Select the Administrator account. If prompted for a password try pressing Enter on the keyboard for no password. If this does not work, try other passwords you may have used. If you're unable to log into the Administrator account skip to the next suggestion.

Once you've logged into the Administrator account open Control Panel and User Accounts.

In User Accounts select the account you wish to change the password for, click change password and then enter the new password or click remove the password to remove the password from the account.

hope this helps

How do i change the computers administrators settings and how do i get there

  1. Locate the My Computer icon on your desktop.

  2. Right click the icon and then click on Manage on the menu that should appear next to the cursor. This will bring up the Computer Management window.

  3. Locate the Local Users and Groups heading and click the plus symbol to the left of it.
  4. if everything has been done correctly, your window should look something like this. Click on Groups on the menu that opens. You will now see headings for Administrators, Guests, Power Users, etc.
  5. 5Double click on Administrators. This brings up a list of all the administrators on your machine. If you have administrative access to this computer, you should be able to change the settings in this menu.
  6. 6To add a new administrator, click the Add button. This will open a new window. Type in the name of the account you wish to add and click Check Names. The name should now be underlined. Click OK to close this window and save your settings.
  7. 7To remove an administrator, highlight the account you wish to remove from the group and click the Remove button at the bottom of the window.
  8. 8If you wish to retain your own administrative rights, make sure not to delete your account from this list.
  9. 9If the settings for your account haven't been changed, there is no need to reboot. Otherwise, logout and login again so that the settings will change.

I have problem of administrater passward i have forget my passward please help me

If you have another account on your laptop that has administrator rights, log in into that account and change the password for your account. If you don't, try one of the following:

- see this for XP http://support.microsoft.com/kb/321305
- or this for Vista/Win7 http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/What-to-do-if-you-forget-your-Windows-password
- or if anything else didn't work you can use third party software from Hiren's Boot CD http://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/Hirens.BootCD.12.0.zip

I am administrater but laptop wont let me install a program. It says only administrater can do this.

Hello,

Please try to check if you are log as Administrator or if not then try to reboot your laptop then during the log in process type Administrator as your username and supply the exact password you have in your Administrator account. Also if it doesn't work then try to update your antivirus and scan your system. Also to check if you are not infected by any threats of viruses please press Ctrl + Alt + Del then if you see a message saying that "Your administrator does not allow this operation" or other message of restriction then i am sure your laptop is infected with virus.

Thanks

When i install my dongle it says "administrater priviligers required"

It means that you are not logged into the computer as an administrator account. Please log in with administrator privileges and then install the dongle. No one can help you in logging as Admin as no one else would know the admin username and password for your PC.
