Question about RIM BlackBerry Pearl 8100
I dropped by Blackberry 8100 yesterday, and since then the phone has gone into shock. I thought I might leave it overnight and give it another go, but no luck. It just has a white backscreen and black lines all the way down the phone screen. Any advice?
Thats no shock...Thats the sign of a cracked LCD. To test this, remove and insert the battery and wait for 5 minutes. Then connect your phone to the comupter. Make sure you have Blackbrry Desktop installed on the computer. If your phone is recognized by the computer and you can for example back up your phone, then this means that your phone is fine and you just need a new LCD
