Question about Samsung Cell Phones
Please clarify. Did it work from the day one of both SIMs installed and stopped some time ago or it didn't work at all?

i have the same phone and which has the same problem i rang customer service to see if they could help they told me to try my simcard in a different phone and the sim works no problemwithsim they told me it could be the phone that is broke only had the phone 3 month

Had the same problem, phone just seemed to be cut off, tried updating the Sim off the Orange site, but phone was too old for it to update. Phoned Orange explained the problem, and they very kindly sent me a new Sim card, free of charge, I could also keep my old number and credit that I had on my phone, and they even supplied a free phone number to register the Sim when I received it. Apparently the Sim card was faulty even though I had, had the card 11 years with no problem whatsoever, strange that it if fine one day then 'faulty' the next, still hat's off to Orange for quickly rectifiying the problem for me. Phone Orange on 07973100 450 give your phone number but not your 4 digit code, then wait to speak to an person/advisor.

I see that this had been a while. The reason that your Sim cad doesn't work could be various: 1. Make sure that your phone is quad band, if it's a tri band then make sure that ATT works in 1900mhz. If it works only in 850 and your i68+ is a tri band, (which is not suppose to) then it will never work. As far as I know all i68+ original are quad band, some fakes i68+ are sold as quad band but are actually tri-band. 2. If you ATT sim card is a 3g card, it won't work either. These phones are not yet equip to work with 3g. I hope this clear up at least a little of your doubt with the Sciphone.
