After pluging in to USB, your computer should identify your player and see it as some external storage. To be sure, please open MY COMPUTER, and see what drive letter your mp3 player received. If you can find it here, simply use the COPY/PASTE commands from MY COMPUTER to copy your music to the mp3 player

To format it Connect it to the computer, go to My computer-> right click on the mp3/mp4 player after it is displayed-> select format-> Format it as FAT32 File system. Formatting the MP3/MP4 player will delete all the songs/data from the player. So, backup all data before formatting it. Hope this helps...
