Need to clean between glass in door how do I do this.

Take the door off and undo the screws that join the outer skin of the door to the inner skin. Inside you will see clips and asbestos insulation that hold the glass in place. You can clean the glass in place with oven cleaner.

Why wont the oven control knob turn

In a few instances like this, I found that the knob was forced on in the wrong place. Pull it off, and look at it, and slip it back on in the right place. Then try it again, let me know it this worked for you.

My oven has had three thermostats fitted recently and an oven thermometer is regestering about 50 degrees cooler. what cani do?

To get a more accurate indication, set the oven to 350 degrees. Place your thermometer on the lowest shelf, take a reading. Place it in the middle shelf, wait for it to stabilize (5 minutes or so), take a reading, place it on the top shelf, wait 5 minutes take a reading, Average out all 3 readings, the average should be close to the thermostat setting.

How do I place the door bac on

Based on your video - it looks like the hinge part that is on the door was not locked into place when you removed the door.
Using a screwdriver you should be able to pull that piece out and there should be a small locking plate that you can swing into place to keep the hinge out. Repeat on both sides. Then you slip the door back on, open fully and push the locking plate back in.
Here is a youtube video showing the proper procedure for door removal and replacement.

The oven is not reaching its correct temperature.

This type of problem normally can be ascribed to a defective thermostat. Unfortunately there is no test for a thermostat, it has to be replaced to see if the problem has been sorted out.
One thing you can do is remove the thermostat bulb from the oven and place place it in a position where it will not heat up. Place an oven thermometer in the oven. Switch on and see of the temperature climbs above what you wee seeing before. This is a very much hands on test as you have no control over the temperature that the elements can get to. As soon as you see the temperature reach a point above that seen before, shut down immediately.

What is the rod at the back of the oven for, and if one of the holders comes off and is put back on is there any problems?

The rod at the back of the oven is the Thermostat probe. As long as you can re-attach the holder in the same place it's broken off, it wont cause any problem. It's simply a holder but needs to be in the right place so that the thermostat is in the right place in relation to the oven element.

You best bet is to weld the holder back on if possible. Otherwise you're going to have to find some glue rated for very high temperatures.

Please rate this solution if you find it helpful. Thanks.

Instead of trying to place the bracket to the door from a lowered position at floor level, I positioned the brackets and from a standing position, placed the bracket into the slot, pushed in a downward position and the door went into place.
