When i turn my itouch on it only shows me the apple.

You should go to Apple's Ipod website and download any updates or device firmware upgrades for your specific device and this should alleviate the problem. Hope this helps.

Alright so you need to force recovery on the iPhone and Restore it, probably as new Restoring consists of erasing all data on the iPhone and reinstalling it, there is a chance you will get your information back, but this is the only thing you can do at this point.
Follow this article and it will show you how to force iTunes to recognize your iPhone, without the passcode lock, this will then let you restore it. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1808

Once the restore is done, it may ask you if you want to load your backup onto the iPhone, keep in mind by trying to use that backup it may ask for the passcode again. For best results, do not load from a backup and choose Restore as a New Device.

Fix Disabled ITouch that ITunes will not recognize
If your itouch reads "disabled connect to itunes" and shows the "locked" icon and your itunes will not even recognize the device and itunes says your itouch is locked and enter password, Here is what you do to restore your itouch: (you will lose all itouch contents but it is worth it as almost all say it is broken and worthless)
1. Turn off your itouch or ipod. Do not have charger / usb connected to ipod or itouch.
2. With device off, connect the charger end of the cable to the itouch / ipod but do not plug the usb into the computer.
3. Open Itunes
3. While holding down the menu button (and I mean keep holding it down), plug the usb into the computer.
4. Wait to see the new wonderful graphic on your device and computer screen that shows that your ipod / itouch is recognized.
Your itouch will start immediately restoring itself and you are ready to fill it up with wonderful images, photos and videos again!
So happy to share this tip. It saved me money and time.

The itouch wont turn on it will only show the symbol of the apple in the back ground but will not turn onto the main screan
This is a common issue with iTouch, Having this kind of problem means that the program in your device is corrupted.

You may need to contact Apple regarding this issue and have them upgrade the firmware of your iTouch. And that should fix the problem.

My itouch froze while i was resotoring it
hold the power and home buttons for about a minute and then it will turn off. When you turn it back on it still will have to be restored. When you do it again make sure not to touch anything and it should work properly. If it doesnt well, then I wish you good luck. This is not a guess because I did this when it happened to me today.

Itouch not syncing
Use the Five Rs to restore the iPod. You will lose the data that is currently on it if you restore but you can always re-sync the data to the iPod. http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/

My itoch makes my computer turn off
try using another data transfer cable,it seems there a short connection on your data cable.when this happens the pc will automatically shutdown and restart.if it still dont solve the problem then check the terminal of the itouch for a possible short circuit.

My itouch is disabled and i dont remember my password. i try 2 connect it to my computer thru itunes but it wont show up because it says it is locked.
i had the same problem. this is all the steps needed, calling apple isnt necessary.
first: press down on the top power button and on the menu button
second: keep pressing, eventually the screen to turn it off will pop out. ignore it and keep pressing.
third: the itouch will turn off completely but dont stop pressing
fourth: the apple sign will come out. you may now release.
fifth: now you should be able to connect to itunes that will restore your ipod.
