Question about Computers & Internet
Hello, my computer had ransom ware on it. i ended up trying to do a factory reset when my computer died. i turned it on and now it says "no operating system". i have a windows 7 and 8 disk. neither disk will properly load on here. i believe my driver are gone but not sure how to get them on here.
If your Win7 or 8 disks are bootable OS disks and not upgrades, placing one in the DVD/CD drive after setting the boot sequence to DVD/CD drive first, will run. Drivers are available from Sony, com

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I'd suggest ring back Sony support and tell them that your OS is Windows 7 - not Vista. Therefore, you need the upgraded VGA driver because the Vista driver is incompatible with Windows 7. Hope it all goes well. If my suggestion works for you, please do rate me. Thanks
