I would think you need to contact your local Department of Motor Vehicles. Not sure anyone on a car and truck repair advice forum will be of any help at all.

fixya does not have access to traffic or criminal court records you would have to make your request to the jurisdiction in question--local police agency or motor vehicle department

just type 'check traffic fine ''your country or place name"' and mostly the first webiste will be the one and in that enter the details asked to get the info.
ex:- check traffic fines usa
first website is Traffic Ticket Fines Penalties in DMV org
and than enter the details as asked!
** Note:- Most of the websites are privately owned websites, so please don't enter any sensible data, only the data that is required to get the info should be entered and close the website immediately, if found suspicious!
