My Dear Brother:
You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
ur defalt phones codes is 12345 or 00000 u can use it
Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000
Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.

Take it in, that happen to me as well, I took it in to Verizon and they fixed no charge, its harder than you think to retrieve it. Good Luck.

Bro you can use factory reset in recovery mode.
for example :- #1 turn off your phone, #2 use you three fingers,
#3 for push one time ("power" button,, "volume+" button,,,,and "home" button) for 10 sec you will see the manual functions... vol- will down under line goto wipe data.. to selection press button.. you will see "yes all clear data" it will be 20 sec prossessing.... then go up and reboot system now. it will reboot for 3 min to your mobile.. for any info mail me "email@example.com"
