I checked and replaced both fuel lines and filter ther was no problem with old but it was all replaced. There seems to be a ignition issue I watch the carb and you can see the fuel flow and its good (in the carb) When it runs for the first 5 min at full throttle its like new then it just stops like the start stop switch was pushed ( ie no ignition or spark I believe. I was wondering if it had a sensor that might have gone bad. Does it have a heat overload that would shut it off if it runs hot??? After it stops it wont start back "NO SPARK" until it cools off for 5 or 10 min then it will crank no problem run for 2 min and the same thing shuts off. Is there a heat sensor and if not how can I test the coil or does it have a coil pack??? I have not dug into it and cant seem to find a manual online

Check fuel lines for cracks or holes. check fuel filter. If this don't solve it, could be in carb.

I have a White Rodgers 50E47-843 Ignition control, my gas furnace gets the call for heat and the exhaust fan starts and runs for 1 min before the LED lights yellow for 2 seconds and then starts the hot...

A certain sequence of events has to occur to start normal operation. My furnace would start the stack blower which would then run forever without the furnace starting up. The service tech replaced the stack blower controller and the ignitor to get things running right again. Remember that some stages of startup are temperature dependent. For example, the burner has to heat the bonnet enough to close a thermal switch and turn on the main.blower.

Blower starts but shuts off in run

Fuel starvation - 'lean fuel' condition
Basic things to check:
1) spark plug
2) spark arrestor in muffler
3) fuel lines and tank filter
4) turn adjustment needles out (counterclockwise) 1/4 to 1/2 turn
*if all of the above are OK and/or do not improve performance then:
Remove Carburetor
5) replace gaskets/diaphragms
b) use a spray carb cleaner to clean jets, holes, and body of carb

Stihl 55 blower runs 5min. and quits /cool 5 min. and runs aga

running the right fuel mixture for the unit if not it could have to much oil & fouling out the plug or not enough oil & getting to hot & melting the piston ring & piston the only other thing is the carb adustments

Stihl bg 55 blower runs good for 5 min. then loses power

1) carburetor gaskets/diaphragms may need to be replaced

2) ignition coil may be breaking down when hot

3) check compression when cold, then after it stops, when hot

4) could have a vacuum/pressure leak

*I would investigate carb first

My craftsman 205mph leaf blower starts and runs for 4 min stalls

Replace the fuel filter that is inside the fuel tank. Purchase a can of Seafoam Motor Treatment. Ask for it at most auto parts stores and WalMart. Pour in the correct amount as listed in the instructions, and fill the tank with fuel. Start the blower and run it wide open. If your problem is a fuel system problem this may very well solve the problem. This is one of the best fuel system cleaners you can buy.

Car starts runs for 5 - 10 min. shuts down wont

You'll need to determine whether your lacking spark or fuel when no start happens, do you know how to do that?

My outside unit runs a little while then shuts off.

More likely the out door fan motor has bad bearings and that would cause the out door unit to run for 15 to 20 min but it could be low on freon
when the out door unit runs after 3 to 5 min the larger of the two copper lines going into the unit should be ice cold

If the thermostat you just installed has a time delay that will keep the indoor blower motor running for up to 5 min after the unit shuts off
