Question about Canon PowerShot A520 Digital Camera
I had my camera on when i put it in my back pocked, i was taking pictures of a crashed car and when I kneeled down the lens got pushed in about half way and then got stuck there. I haven't been able to pull it out, or push it back in and it turns on but nothing happens, just a green light indicating that it is on. Any help would be appreciated, I love this camera and I'm not ready financially to upgrade and it was working 100% before my stupidity.
You may have read elsewhere that some folks have had good results by just plain forcing the lens into proper alignment. If you have given up and are thinking of buying a replacement, what do you have to lose? Check out the E18 error posting site and see what others have tried. It could save you some $$$ Hope this works for you.
