This is from lowes and it is not pretty, but it has everything on there. It is the original document before being printed on a large sheet and folded multiple times so it has markings for the cuts and folds.

How do I program a Utilitech timer UTTNOCD2(154182)?

Lowe's has the instructions for the UTTNOCD2 (154182) on the product page: https://www.lowes.com/pd/PRIME-15-Amp-2-Outlet-Mechanical-Residential-Plug-in-Countdown-Function-Lighting-Timer/4177013 . Expand the Guides & Documents section. The direct link to the instructions is http://pdf.lowes.com/useandcareguides/054732816729_use.pdf .

After plugging in the timer, you need to rotate the black dial (clockwise or counter-clockwise) until the desired setting is lined up with arrow (at about 11 o'clock on a 12 hour analog clock). The choices are On, Off, On at dusk for the desired number of hours (even number of hours), or On at dusk and Off at dawn.

I hope this helps.

Scroll down and expand the Guides & Documents section. The direct link is currently: http://pdf.lowes.com/useandcareguides/054732817825_use.pdf .

THIS SITE KEEPS POSTING ANSWERS THAT ARE TOTALLY UNRELATED TO MY QUESTION

Try posting your question in a more appropriate area of FixYa. From what I can tell, you're asking about a porch light timer of some type. You've posted twice in the "Cars & Trucks" area and three times in the "Digital Cameras" area. Your questions are seen by experts in those areas, none of whom may know anything about porch light timers.

Can I install a utilitech Dusk-to-Dawn light control, #0314355 in a 'horizontal' position, rather than the 'vertical position shown on the packaging? It goes 'on-and off' in a 15 s

Timer is probably wired incorrectly.
Copy following links for correct wiring, and larger instructions.
I have tested this timer, and some problems can also be caused by overlapping and conflicting programs: reset timer and review timer instructions:

I need a manual for UTILITECH #0148373.. and i need it now! PLease help me..i need to know how to use this product. HELP PLZ!

Open following link to correctly identify product:
http://cgi.ebay.it/UTILITECH-2-OUTLET-TIMER-0148373-15-AMP-LOT-OF-4-/290468257053

Utilitec 0148373 timer is plug-in type timer.
Set on-off times by moving pins.
Pins are located on dial and stick up. They can be moved back and forth like stick-shift on car.
See example of pins at following link:
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#Pins-tabs

Instructions:
Turn ON lamp.
Light bulb is good.
Plug lamp into timer.
Plug timer into outlet.
Move some pins outward.
Then manually rotate dial clockwise to watch how lights turn on-off.
That will tell you if lights turn on or off when pins are set outward.

To set current time, rotate dial clockwise until current time lines up with arrowhead located on inner dial.
Dial turns as time passes.
Lever on top of timer is moved to 'Timer'
