Gray wire from autopage rf-320 car alarm does not send negative trigger

The gray wire (from 8-pins socket)does not send negative trigger signal to pop the trunk after pressing the transmitter button for 2 second, this wire should provide a 1 second pulse ground to the relay then popping up the trunk as per wiring instruction, any one can help for trouble shooting.

Any button on the transmitter sending the signal to the alarm fine accept the button for trunk release does not work. This indicate that not the battery is weak, however I have replaced a brain new 3v battery but the issue still persists

Maybe the transmitter is failing to send the signal. Try changing the battery in the transmitter

My youkon alarm goes off every time i unlock the door with the autopage key fob.

Aftermarket alarms have to be configured to bypass the factory alarm system when using it.
I don't mean you have to permanently delete your factory alarm. What I am saying is, when you use your autopage key fob to unlock your doors, it must also send a signal to the disarm wire of your factory system simultaneously. If not, your alarm will go off just like you are experiencing.

Don't know what the picture on the dashboard is for? Looks like a radiator, but not sure. Misplaced car manual

the alarm automatically arms 30 seconds after you lock the doors
i looked around online and found info for you

The FACTORY ALARM DISARM WIRE IS
lt. green/orange '-'conn. 2, pin 9 @ the BCM.

The factory alarm disarm wire is
negative trigger thru a 473 ohm resistor.
MUST use relay. The BCM
(Body Control Module) is attached to
the left of the fusebox.
Connector 1 is a gray 26 pin plug,
and connector 2 is a gray 22 pin plug.

Once Located, splice into this wire with
a simular guage wire, add the specified resistor
and put it to a solid chassis ground.
This terminates the alarm functions entirely.

However, at this point, this car would be exceedingly
easy to steel, so I suggest you get an aftermarket
alarm system to protect it from here on in.

Take this info to your local
stereo/car alarm guy and have them
do this for you.

2006 jeep liberty. In the middle of the night the jeep would make a honking noise with short honks. We never had the alarm set. What would cause this and how would you turn the alarm system off.

Why does the alarm in my car go off when I try to start it with the remote car starter?

If this is the vehicle's factory alarm that is being triggered then your factory alarm must be disarmed prior to the remote starter sequence. The Autopage unit has a factory disarm wire available for this purpose. When the alarm triggers again try turning the key in the driver's door to see if there is a factory disarm wire available in the vehicle or if the factory alarm is RF disarm only. If it is the after market alarm that is being triggered then you made need to decrease the sensitivity.
