Did you try going to edit, prefrences, click on the auto fill tab, then edit which folder with your information.

Then once you want to use it then click edit, auto fill form.

Maybe that will work. Let me know if it does.

My auto fill is no longer working

Check Internet Options from IE or Control Panel. Internet Properties > Content > AutoComplete > Settings. Check Forms.

Google Chrome has it's own Auto Fill under Settings > Advance. You can edit or add, and save data.

When I open an internet site that has forms to complete, the boxes are not lined up and there are shadows. For example: Turbotax. I can't fill out the information to create a new account.

More info would be helpful - such as your operating system (WinXP? WinVista? Win7? Linux? Mac?),
and what browser you're using (Netscape? IE6? IE7? IE8? Opera? Firefox?) but there's a decent
chance that your browser's out of date, and that the CSS (Cascading Sheet Styles) code
comprising these HTML forms isn't being properly processed by your (obsolete) browser.

I am on windows XP. I have copied a PDF form on to my local disk. PDF document properties indicate that Filling of form fields is allowed yet I cannot fill the form fields. What do I have to do?

Try this first.

Look at your cursor. If it is a Hand, you have selected the hand tool. If not, go and select the Hand tool.

With the "Hand Tool" selected, go over one of the fields that you can type.

1. If the cursor remains as a "Hand", then the fields are NOT fillable. It can be printed, but NOT filled.

2. If the cursor changes from a "Hand" to a vertical line ("I"), -the one you see when you can type- then the problem is different. If this is the case post again and we can continue the search.
